PURPOSE
  • I have a heart for helping leaders stay vital and effective. This is a fulfillment of my life purpose to care for the human spirit as a companion and guide on the journey of life.
  • My desire to serve leaders comes from my own experience of knowing the satisfaction of leadership achievement, as well as lessons learned from let downs.
BACKGROUND
  • Born and raised in Durban, South Africa, I first came to the United States in 1970 to attend Lee University in Tennessee where I met my wife, Teresa.
  • I continued my graduate studies at Princeton Theological Seminary.
  • After ten years of work and study we returned to South Africa in 1980 where I served as a Presbyterian minister while also being engaged in the struggle for human rights.
  • During this time I also studied for my doctorate at the University of South Africa.
  • Since 1986 our family has lived in Georgia, Cincinnati, and Denver. I am a naturalized American citizen.
