MARY STOER-WENGER, R.N., M.S., is a seasoned experiential trainer, course director, lead facilitator, and coach, with over 20 years experience focused on creating experiential and action based learning opportunities for highly effective leadership, management, and team development. She partners with Ethan Raath to provide a unique team approach that blends foundational and experiential programming to prepare leaders and teams for exceptional performance.

Mary has used many mediums to develop leaders and teams, including low and high ropes courses, orienteering courses, rock climbing, mountain biking, and raft building challenges. With boundless enthusiasm, she has the ability to connect with clients who have valued her dynamic presence and ability to charge a group. Clients are inspired by her boundless enthusiasm and dynamic presence.

As owner of E.G.O. Management Consulting, LLC, she provides insightful and empowering organizational improvement consulting and coaching.

Mary has a Masters degree in exercise physiology with a focus on neurophysiology and sports psychology.

Working with people in a variety of settings and focusing on making a difference. Her strengths include a high ability to adapt, a proactive approach, a “can do” attitude, and an ability to engage and motivate clients to create an environment conducive to making necessary change.

  • Incorporating client surveys, personality profiles, high performance team, situational leadership, and management models, into custom designed programs using the mediums of adventure and action learning.
  • Working 1:1 using 360 feedback and Insights with senior managers and C-level clients
  • Facilitating the MBTI (Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator), Insights, DiSC behavioral profile, and Neethling Brain Instruments profiles.
