MARY STOER-WENGER, R.N., M.S., has provided leadership development programming as an Experiential Trainer, Course Director, Lead Facilitator, and Coach, since 1992.

Working with people in a variety of settings and focusing on making a difference. Her strengths include a high ability to adapt, a proactive approach, a “can do” attitude, and an ability to engage and motivate clients to create an environment conducive to making necessary change.

  • Partnering with corporate clients, human resources, universities, and organizational development departments to determine client needs
  • Designing and implementing unique experiential courses to meet client needs
  • Incorporating client surveys, personality profiles, high performance team, situational leadership, and management models, into custom designed programs using the mediums of adventure and action learning.
  • Working 1:1 using 360 feedback and Insights with senior managers and C-level clients
  • Facilitating the MBTI (Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator), Insights, and DiSC behavioral profile.
  • Using a variety of mediums, including ropes courses, rock climbing programs, raft building events and the “out of doors” environment
